“ Glad to have found a Japanese sandwich shop! It was pretty darn good. However, the biggest thing I'd like to change is that this place needs MILK BREAD! At minimum at least for the strawberry sando because it was a bit weird on white bread. Also, the egg salad was quite bland, needed some salt and pepper or something. The katsu sando was GREAT and the whipped cream on the strawberry was wonderful. I'd love to come back! ”

“ Such a cute little spot! We got the chicken katsu , smoked salmon sandos and 2 drinks. It was all so good, the chicken sando was massive! They have a pretty large menu as well. So definitely coming back to try more things! ”

“ Had the fruit tea a few times. I'm not really a fan. Tried the smoothies, but there's something off about them. Sweeter than just blended fruit. Too sweet for me. The texture of the strawberry banana is less smooth than just.blended banana and strawberry. Foods alright. The cream sandos are okay. The cream used to be smoother. It's chunkier now which may match the coarse bread slices. I would've preferred the smoother cream with softer bread. Service is fine, cafe counter style. Front door damper doesn't work so it slams shut loudly. Been like that for months. ”

“ The sandos here are amazing, its an hour from my house but if im anywhere remotely close to this area ill plan a detour specifically to stop by and get a bunch of the sandos. You cant go wrong with the egg, chicken katsu, or fruit sandos 10/10. Also great for an afternoon tea if you want to cut them in half. ”

“ My partner and I were looking for a new place to grab lunch in the area and Mikan did not disappoint. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food came out with a nice presentation, and the food tasted great. My stomache is often finicky when it comes to food, but it did not complain when I filled it with a lovely Kotatsu Sando. My partner had high praise for sando as well (though the name eludes me at this time of this post; eel and avocado I believe). The strawberry milk tea tasted good, but didn't really hit our pallete correctly; though I admit it's more likely an issue with us and I still recommend trying if you find yourself at Mikan. ”
